At Distributacon, we are committed to your peak performance and offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused sports gear and apparel. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, we provide a streamlined process to get you back in the game.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective components are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship your replacement.
